Welcome to Fit-4-It! We offer personalized fitness training to meet your health goals. Our trainers create custom exercise plans tailored to you. We also provide nutrition counseling and lifestyle coaching. Join us to start your journey to a healthier, happier you. What you get: Start: plan for the 6 weeks measurements taken 1-2-1 check in about what takes you off track food diary / preferences build your personal nutrition plan weeks 1-2: what’s app group and face to face accountability check in Food diary review (if needed) week3: mid point measurements Food plan review (if needed) weeks 4-5: what’s apps and face to face accountability check ins motivational support week 6: final measurements review of success!!
