About Me

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

My name is Lisa, I've been a qualified Personal trainer and exercise referral specialist for over 15 years.  My background is a mix of working in the corporate world and being involved in fitness and fitness events - including competing myself in X training, Running and Hyrox

As we age our natural strength diminishes.  Strength and conditioning is not everyone's cup of tea, but the benefits are longevity, ongoing health and wellbeing in your every day lives.  Who doesn't want to live a long healthy and pain free life?  With my plan we can make Strength and conditioning not only fun but you will feel more confident to experiment with equipment to continue your strength journey alone!

Mental strength for anything in life is tough.  Staying on track is the key to success along with recognising your success and approaching the next challenge with a positive mindset.  Over my tenure in both the corporate world AND the fitness world I have learnt and crafted many techniques to help me understand my own barriers and blockers to achieving the results I desire.  I can help you use these tools to understand and develop your own pathway to success!

What better motivation and camaraderie than a group training session.  You can find new friends, share the pain and find your people!  Being part of a group often takes you to new challenges that you have never considered and doing with other people gives you a sense of belonging.  Fitness can be Fun!
